房間寬敞，前台服務良好。住了二晚，順利遊玩Giant' Causeway & Titanic Belfast 美中不足是淋浴間不夠密閉，水會滲出來。

Grand Central is in great location in heart of Belfast. Fantastic staff who are friendly and always on hand to help. At reception Matthew warmly welcomed us and we had a wonderful time Saturday afternoon lounging in the Observatory ,sipping delicious cocktails and enjoying the beautiful Belfast skyline. Breakfast was lovely with 2 highlights for me ; chef made me perfect poached eggs upon request - thank you! Also variety of mango, mixed berry etc. smoothies were freshly made and served during breakfast; delicious! Would thoroughly recommend for a short city break and Belfast too was buzzing! Will be back again December!

酒店沒泳池沒健身室。房間內沒咖啡機沒小冰箱。完全不明白為何可以是五星酒店。我被分了在電梯旁，除了電梯往來的嘈音，還有樓上23樓天台酒吧強勁的音樂，我的房間在21樓。估不到新建築但隔音超級差。

My recent breakfast experience at this hotel had its ups and downs. First, the baby high chair was disappointingly dirty, even after I spent a considerable amount of time wiping it down with wet wipes, as seen in the pictures. The cleanliness standards should definitely be improved. As for the breakfast service, it left much to be desired. It felt like there was only one server handling everything, and it took a whopping 20 minutes for a simple yogurt to be served. I'm confident I could have prepared it in two minutes myself. Plus, the portion of yogurt was quite small, and the oatmeal was almost inedibly dry. However, I must admit that the full breakfast option redeemed the dining experience. In summary, while the full breakfast was enjoyable, the cleanliness of the baby high chair and the slow service for basic items like yogurt need significant improvement.

酒店在市中心，非常的新，房間比較簡潔。相當於國內的高檔快捷酒店。酒店服務還不錯，我們把車停在門口還幫我們在路邊交費。

The good- great location, high quality bed and furnishings. The disappointing- bar service in 1st floor awful. Lots of staff but took 30 mins to get 2 glasses of wine-had to chase up to get it. Different levels of wine in the two glasses. Service at breakfast also not good. Lots of staff but slow and no greetings/ interactions. The hot food was great but local cheese was some Brie and curled up slices of ? cheddar. Fruit salad was 95% apple with the rest watermelon. Home made granola - looked like Alpen. Room very comfortable but air con didn’t seem to work and layer of scum between bathroom sick and marble top - which came out when sink filled for hubby’s shave. Have fed back to hotel reception so hopefully will improve. Overall disappointed in what we had planned as a luxury treat.

Great hotel in a great location. Unfortunately on this occasion our room was on the 7th floor (normally stay in a higher floor) and we were kept awake by the music from the Christmas party going on a few floors below.

Excellent experience at the Grand Central, friendly ans helpful staff. The bar staff, Jamie & Jude were absolutely amazing and professional. The hotel was extremely clean and inviting. Thank yous for a fantastic stay
